A.Hours and Conditions of Curfew. It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years of age (hereafter called minors) to be or remain upon any street, alley, park or other public property in Glynn County, Georgia except the public road, sidewalk or right-of-way immediately adjacent to the minor's domicile or on any private property without the express consent of the owner or person entitled to possession thereof (if different than the owner) between the hours of 12:00 p.m. midnight to 5:00 a.m. except that the following conditions shall excuse any such presence:1.The minor is accompanied by his or her parent or guardian;2.The minor is going to or from or engaged in his or her lawful employment; or3.The minor is going immediately to or from or engaged in any event sponsored by any school or church. ... C.Violations. Any minor willfully violating this ordinance shall be punished for a misdemeanor. Any parent or legal guardian who knowingly and willfully encourages, permits, causes, abets, connives, aids or by omission suffers a child to violate this ordinance shall be punished for a misdemeanor.
