Between eleven thirty o'clock (11:30) P.M. on Friday and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. on Saturday; and c. Between eleven thirty o'clock (11:30) P.M. on Saturday and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. on Sunday.

Village Code section 10-4-1 makes it unlawful for a person under 18 to be in any public assembly, building, park, sidewalk, street or other public place between 10:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Sunday through Thursday nights, and between 11:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday nights. Exceptions cover a minor accompanied by a parent or an approved adult, working a legally authorized job, engaged in an emergency, exercising First Amendment rights such as a religious or political event, participating in a supervised nonprofit or government program, or traveling interstate with a parent's permission. Officers must check for an exception before citing or arresting a minor. A parent or guardian who knowingly lets a child violate curfew is separately liable under subsection B.
