Sec. 82-100(a) sets South Bossier Park's operating hours in a single sentence: the park is open from dawn to dusk. The same section adds that the park is under video surveillance 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and that public use is first-come, first-served rather than by reservation for casual visits. Overnight use is separately addressed in subsection (l), which makes it unlawful to park overnight anywhere in the park or its authorized parking areas without written permission from park management, reinforcing that the park is not meant to be occupied after the dawn-to-dusk window closes.

The article covering South Bossier Park was adopted as Ord. No. 4895 on June 15, 2022, and carries its own severability clause in Sec. 82-101 and violations clause in Sec. 82-102.
