140(A) states that 'a park and recreation facility shall be available to the public during daylight' except for use of pathways and sidewalks within the facility, when a sign posts different daytime hours, or after daylight if the facility is lighted. 140(C) makes it a violation to be or remain in a park facility outside daylight hours unless the person is only using the sidewalk or pathway, the facility is posted with different open hours, the facility is lighted and the person is a participant or spectator at an event there, or the director or the director's designee has given written permission.

140(B) requires anyone to leave a park facility when directed by the director, the director's designee, or a peace officer, and failing to leave when told is itself a violation. 140(D) gives the director, police chief, fire chief or their designees authority to close any park facility to the public entirely when closure is needed to protect public health, safety or welfare, or to protect the facility from misuse or destruction, with notice posted where possible. 140(E). 120, is barred outright, including sleeping in a vehicle except during daylight or with the director's written security-purpose permission.
