§ 383-5. Application and inspection fees; performance guaranties.
A. Application fees.
(1) In the event the application is reviewed in the Township Engineer's office, the application shall be accompanied by the fee indicated on the application form.
(2) In the event the application must be brought to the Planning Board, the application shall be accompanied by a fee which shall be paid to the Township according to the Planning Board fee schedule.
