(A)Applicability. The following standards shall be met as a condition of approval of any specific use permit or site plan for new construction of multiple-family or nonresidential use located within 300 feet of any platted or developed single family residential property.(B)Hours of Operation.(1)Loading Operations.(a)No loading or unloading operations shall be conducted between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.(b)No parking or idling of delivery vehicles shall occur between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.(2)Outdoor Speakers. All outdoor speakers shall not be directed toward abutting residential property. No outdoor speakers shall be used between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.(C)Height Limit Related to Setback. In addition to the setback requirements in Chapter 5, structures shall be setback an additional two feet for every one foot in height by which the structure exceeds 35 feet.
