A production that ignores its noise or pyrotechnics conditions violates the film-permit chapter, an infraction under Section 5-30.19. The Fire Chief, Police Chief, Public Works Director or Planning and Building Director can suspend the permit on the spot under Section 5-30.17 if the activity poses an immediate hazard and the location manager will not or cannot stop it once instructed, with written notice to the permittee and the other department heads within one business day of the suspension.
