Violations & Fines
Section 5-30.19 makes violation of any provision of the film-permit chapter an infraction. The Planning and Building Director can revoke a student's permit under Section 5-30.17 if the student or crew fails to comply with permit conditions or the application turns out to have been false in a material detail, and the Fire Chief, Police Chief or Public Works Director can suspend the permit immediately if the shoot poses an immediate hazard the location manager will not fix.
