Summary
Arvada bans possessing, manufacturing, storing, selling, handling, or using fireworks citywide except as the International Fire Code allows. The possession, manufacture, storage, sale, handling and use of fireworks are prohibited, except as permitted by the International Fire Code as adopted by the city as may be from time to time amended. No social host shall permit any person to possess or use fireworks anywhere on property owned or otherwise subject to the control of the social host, as defined herein. Any social host shall be strictly liable for any use or possession of any fireworks in violation of this section.
