Sec. 2154.003. PERMISSIBLE FIREWORKS. Humble Code Art. 8.10 prohibits manufacturing, assembling, storing, keeping, selling, offering for sale, possessing with intent to sell, discharging, igniting, or detonating fireworks within city limits without a valid permit.
