The code official enforces wildland-urban interface classification failures under Section 109.3.6: a first violation draws a written warning, a second draws a $300 civil penalty, and a third draws $1,000, with each day of noncompliance a separate offense. The city manager may also order a stop-work directive, revoke a related rental license, or refer the matter for criminal prosecution under Section 5-2-4.
