sets the ground rules for vendors who sell food from De Pere's sidewalks and terraces. Item 6 limits how long a mobile food establishment can sit still: no stationary location for more than four hours per day, and the unit can never be left unattended while it is operating, so a vendor cannot park a cart on a corner and walk away. Item 7 is the sidewalk-specific sanitation rule: anyone conducting business on a sidewalk or terrace must keep a clean, sanitary and hazard-free area within 25 feet of the sales location, may not discharge any material onto the street, sidewalk, gutters or storm drain, and must keep a minimum 30-gallon container on hand for customer litter.
