Mobile vendors and itinerant merchants making sales from motor vehicles operated on the City's public streets shall stop their motor vehicles at curbside before making any sales. Mobile vendors and itinerant merchants shall not make sales from motor vehicles parked, stopped or standing on public sidewalks of the City. Sales by a mobile vendor or itinerant merchant from motor vehicles shall not be made to persons who are on public streets, but may be made to persons on public sidewalks.
