Neenah, WI Food Trucks & Mobile Vendors: Vending Zones (2026)

Because of heavy pedestrian traffic, mobile food vending vehicles inside the Neenah Central City BID may only park, stop or operate at locations the City has designated on its mobile food vehicle vendor parking map, kept on file with the City Clerk. Outside the BID that map restriction doesn't apply, though general obstruction rules still do. On private lots, vending is allowed with the owner's permission and continued compliance with zoning and off-street parking rules, limited to one vendor per lot. Vendors also can't operate within 500 feet of a permitted fair, festival, parade or civic event's boundary, or within two hours before or after it, without the event sponsor's permission.
