Section 70-22(B) places garage sales, defined at § 70-04(H) as sales of residential-use goods held on residential property by a resident, squarely inside the zoning chapter's limits: three consecutive days per sale, no more than three sales per calendar year at the same residential location, using the residential-use definition carried in Chapter 154 of the Yuma City Code. A resident who runs a fourth sale in a year, or stretches a sale past three consecutive days, is not just fined for exceeding a garage-sale limit; § 70-22(B) reclassifies the entire event as an itinerant business under § 70-04(E), and itinerant businesses conducted from a residential address without an established resident business at that location are prohibited outright, not merely taxed.
