(B) Moving vans, motor homes and recreational vehicles shall be exempt from the five minute time limitation if the vehicle is in the process of being loaded and/or unloaded. In no circumstance shall moving vans, motor homes or recreational vehicles be permitted to load and/or unload on a local or collector street in a residential district for more than 48 hours.
