Boards must hold at least one annual meeting, provide 14 days written notice, maintain minutes, and allow owner comment periods. Board meetings are open to members except for executive session matters.
VA Code ยง55.1-1816 requires open meetings with limited executive session topics (legal matters, personnel, contracts). Notice may be by mail, email if consented, or posting.
