1(A) single out client traffic as its own set of limits, separate from the general size and location rules that apply to every home business. Subsection 7 caps instruction, teaching or counseling sessions, covering everything from music and dance lessons to group counseling or encounter groups, at no more than three persons at a time who do not already live on the premises. Subsection 11 addresses parking directly: a home occupation cannot allow more than three cars belonging to customers or clients to park on the property simultaneously, on top of the separate cap in Subsection 15 limiting a resident to using only one of the household's six permitted vehicles for off-premises commercial work.

m. Subsection 10 rounds out the traffic picture by restricting deliveries to private passenger vehicles, parcel service, or the letter carrier, so commercial trucks cannot make regular stops at the property. Together these clauses keep a home occupation from generating the kind of visitor volume, parked cars and delivery traffic that would functionally turn a residential lot into a walk-in storefront, while still allowing a resident to see a handful of clients or students during the day.
