Chapter 18.60 treats traffic as one of seven conditions a home occupation permit must satisfy before the director of planning will approve it. Subsection (G) adds that there shall not be any regular commercial delivery to or from the dwelling, closing off frequent supply-truck or courier traffic as a workaround. These are ongoing conditions of the permit, not one-time approval criteria: § 18.60.060 lets the director of planning revoke a permit if a § 18.60.040 requirement, including the traffic and delivery limits, is later violated.
