E. Home Occupation.
1. Definition. Any activity carried out for gain by a resident conducted as an accessory use in the resident's dwelling unit or accessory building. This does not include live/work dwellings.
2. Standards.
a. Size/Area. A home occupation shall occupy no more than 20 percent of the building floor area (excluding garage space), except for horticultural activities (a home occupation within a tiny house is exempt from the 20 percent limitation).
