Henderson Municipal Code § 8.84.030(B) makes it a per se noise violation to unreasonably loudly operate a loudspeaker, amplifier, public address system or similar sound-producing device between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. on weekdays, and between 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m. on weekends and holidays, within or adjacent to residential areas, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, libraries or similar noise-sensitive institutions. Holders of city special event or parade/assembly permits under Chapters 8.10-8.11 are exempt if they stay within their permit conditions.
