No more than 10% of the habitable area of the dwelling may be used for the home occupation, including storage of items used or produced and equipment. One commercial vehicle with rated carrying capacity of no more than one ton is allowed, parked on-premises when not in use. Prohibited activities include automotive repair, reconditioning, servicing, painting, or storage. The HOP is non-transferable. A City business license under SMC Title 5 is required in addition to the HOP.
