Violations & Fines
Violating any mandatory restriction or prohibition promulgated under Chapter 38.1 is a Class 3 misdemeanor, punishable by a fine under Arlington County Code § 1-9 (§ 38.1-16(A)). Each day a violation continues counts as a separate offense (§ 38.1-16(B)).
