Glynn County Code § 2-8-67, titled "Taxicabs, Limousines, Buses," bars any person from operating ground transportation service, including a taxi, limousine service, bus or Transportation Network Company, at an airport without permission from the Glynn County Airport Commission. It sits in Division 2 (Vehicles) of Article II, the Airport Rules and Regulations Ordinance that governs the county's airports, alongside licensing rules requiring a valid state operator's license for motorized ground equipment (§ 2-8-64) and general rules of vehicle operation on airport property (§ 2-8-65), including a 15 mph speed cap in the Air Operations Area and a rule that aircraft always have the right-of-way.
