Like the pool-pump and air-conditioner provision in § 52.52(L), this loading-noise rule sets no fixed curfew of its own; it applies to any delivery, dock, or moving operation whose noise is excessive and unnecessary under the § 52.50(A) definition, which weighs volume, duration, character, and time of day against the comfort of reasonable neighbors.

The same subsection separately bars leaving diesel-powered or other engines idling between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., a distinct rule from the loading-noise clause quoted here. Complaints follow § 52.51: a resident's sworn statement can prompt an investigation, or an officer can cite a delivery crew directly from personal observation.
