Power tools and landscaping equipment use by resident. Between the hours of 8:00 p.m on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday and 8:00 a.m. the following day; b. Between the hours of 8:00 p.m on Friday and Saturday and 9:00 a.m. the following day. c. On holidays, as established by section 1-2.
