Titusville, FL Outdoor Lighting: Billboard Lighting (2026)

Section 32-26 is Titusville's dedicated billboard ordinance, covering location, size, setbacks and structural design for off-premises advertising signs permitted in the T, CC, RC, M-1, M-2, M-3 and GU zoning districts. Subsection (b)(14), Lighting, adds four specific requirements on top of those siting rules. First, billboard lighting must be uplit by fixtures mounted to the sign structure itself, ruling out backlit or internally illuminated billboard faces.
