Summary

It is unlawful for any person to park or leave standing a commercial truck or commercial vehicle on any street, alley or other public right-of-way within any residential zone within the city or upon any through street within the city for a period of more than one hour. Provided, however, that a commercial truck or commercial vehicle may remain parked or standing in excess of the aforementioned one hour time, for the purpose of delivering or picking up materials or merchandise provided such commercial truck or commercial vehicle does not create a traffic or other hazard.
