Residential areas covered are blocks zoned SF-1, SF-2, SF-3, SFA, SFA-2, SFA-3, MH, MF, 2F, TH, or UE. The rule exempts brief loading/unloading stops and recreational vehicles as separately defined. A related section separately bars parking any truck with more than two axles on any city street or alley outside loading/unloading.
