It is unlawful for any person to park, place or locate on any private property any non-motor vehicle or recreational vehicle that: (1) Is within six (6) feet from the back of any curb or edge of the pavement if no curb exists; (2) Is in, blocks, or otherwise obstructs any paved sidewalk; (3) Is within a corner lot; or (4) Is not secured with wheel stops on the wheels on each side or otherwise secured to adequately hold the vehicle on any grade on which the vehicle is parked.
