Waterloo's Traffic Code, Sec. 549, governs any street segment where the city has erected a "Loading Zone" or "Grab-n-Go Zone" sign. Once signs go up, no vehicle may park there except a vehicle actually engaged in loading or unloading passengers or merchandise; a Grab-n-Go zone adds a hard fifteen-minute cap on top of that use restriction, added by Ordinance #5578 on October 12, 2020.
