Section 13-24.5, 'Parking prohibitions, Towing zone,' lists specific streets and time windows where standing or parking a registered vehicle is banned outright rather than merely restricted by the general rules in Section 13-24.4. Main Street's east side, from Lakeside Avenue three hundred feet north, is off-limits between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.; the same street's east side near the town line is off-limits for one hundred fifty feet between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.; and the west side from Chase Avenue to Pine Grove Avenue, one hundred ninety-seven feet south, is off-limits between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. Main Street's west side from Ferdinand Passway to Lakeside Avenue bans parking at any hour, not just overnight. Other listed streets and segments include stretches of Arlington Street near McKay Street, Kingman Drive south of Granite Street, Tolman Avenue's western terminus, and Pleasant Street from 1069 Pleasant Street to the Sterling town line.

Section 13-24.6 makes these overnight bans enforceable only once official 'Tow-Away Zone' signs are actually installed and visible to approaching drivers, appended above or built into the parking-prohibition signage.
