Section 39-245 (Agricultural Estate and General Agricultural Districts) explicitly prohibits using recreational vehicles for living purposes and maintaining water or sewage connections. In residential zoning districts (Β§39-275), outdoor storage of vehicles must comply with property maintenance standards. Inoperable vehicles must be stored in an enclosed garage (Β§39-275(6)(d)). Junk vehicles and accumulated debris are prohibited in yards (Β§39-133(a)). Vehicle repairs in residential areas are limited to minor work on driveways (Β§39-275(10)).
