Storage or parking of all boats, recreational vehicles and utility or travel trailers or other vehicles allowed by this Section shall be located as follows: (a) within a side yard (not including corner side yards) such that they are not closer to the front of a lot or the street than the principal structure; (b) within a rear yard... Storage of such boats, vehicles or trailers shall not occur within a front yard...or within a side or rear building setback.
