Sec. 74(p) prohibits parking or storing recreational equipment or recreational vehicles on any residential lot except in a carport, an enclosed building, or to the rear of the front building line, which is defined as the contour of the building parallel to the right-of-way extended to the side property lines. In a side corner yard, RVs may park if screened by a six-foot opaque fence or set behind the required side-corner setback. Owners may park an RV anywhere on the premises for loading, unloading or maintenance for up to 48 consecutive hours within any seven-day period, and visiting guests with an RV may park it on a driveway for up to two weeks per calendar year, with no part of the vehicle overhanging the sidewalk.

RVs and recreational equipment can never be parked in a right-of-way, must be properly tagged if applicable, and must be kept in operable condition. Critically, Sec. 74(p)(7) bars using any recreational equipment or vehicle for living, sleeping or housekeeping while parked or stored on a residential lot, and no trailer may be parked on any lot for living purposes outside an established trailer park. Separate standards apply in the Agriculture Estate Use and Rural Estate Use zoning districts, which are addressed in Appendix B, Article V.
