Orange County's Zoning Code (Sec. 7-9-70.11) routes RV parking to the nuisance ordinance's Table 3-13-6(c). On residentially-developed lots in unincorporated territory, an RV, trailer or boat may sit on the driveway linking a garage or carport to the street with no screening required. Anywhere else on the property, storage is allowed only on a paved surface outside the front-yard setback and behind a 6-foot solid, opaque fence or wall; unpaved storage and front-yard storage outside a driveway are both prohibited. Living in a parked RV, or using a garage as living space, is separately banned under Sec. 3-13-4(13)-(14).
