Gwinnett Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) §230-20.4 allows residents to store one recreational vehicle, camper, boat, or utility trailer on a single-family lot only behind the front building line — typically side or rear yard, screened from street view where possible. RVs may not be connected to water/sewer or used as a residence, except for short guest visits not exceeding 14 days per year with written notice. Storage on public right-of-way (including the grass strip) is prohibited. Many Gwinnett HOAs prohibit visible RV storage entirely.
