Residential permit parking districts exist near IPFW and downtown neighborhoods. Snow emergencies are declared by the Mayor under Chapter 73 β vehicles on designated snow routes must be removed within 2 hours or are towed to the city impound lot. Street sweeping routes have posted no-parking signs scheduled April through October.
