Rockwall, TX Parking Rules: Street Parking Limits (2026)

City code lists exact places you can't stop, stand, or park on a Rockwall street: the roadway side of a car already at the curb, sidewalks, intersections, crosswalks, near safety zones, alongside street excavations, on bridges, on railroad tracks, and wherever a sign prohibits it.
