Summary
Owners of business, industrial, multiple-residence and senior-residence properties in the Town of Babylon must keep buildings, fences and landscaping safe, sanitary and free of debris under Article XXIX.
Each owner, lessee, tenant or other person having the management or control of or occupying any lot or plot of land in the Town of Babylon located within a business, light or heavy industrial, multiple residence or senior citizens multiple residence district shall keep the premises, buildings, structures, signs, fences and natural landscaping and landscaped areas in a safe, sanitary, clean, neat and wholesome condition and shall comply with all requirements and regulations under this Code or adopted by the Planning Board. Each owner, lessee, tenant or other person having management or control of or occupying any lot or plot of land in the Town of Babylon shall remove, at his own expense, any garbage, rubbish, refuse, trash, litter or any other type of debris which may accumulate on the premises and shall keep all landscaped areas, including paved parking areas, neat and well maintained.
B. All natural landscaping, including trees, shrubbery, bushes and grass/sod, shall be maintained in a neat and orderly condition at all times.
