Per Borough Ordinance 05-2360 section 302.4, grass, weeds, or plant growth shall not exceed eight inches. Bushes, shrubbery, and hedges must be neatly trimmed. Shrubs or trees obstructing line of sight at intersections must be cut back to no more than 30 inches above the sidewalk. If owners fail to abate violations within 10 days of notice (or 5 days for imminent threats), the Borough may abate at the owner's expense.
