J.Unoccupied for over one (1) year. ... Any person found to have violated any provision of this chapter shall be subject to a minimum fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day per violation to a maximum of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per day per violation, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies available to the city.

Section 16.42.140 sets the penalty for any violation of the vacant building chapter at a minimum fine of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day per violation to a maximum of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per day per violation, with each day of noncompliance a separate offense. The city can also pursue injunctive relief, ask a court to appoint a receiver, demolish or condemn the structure, or foreclose on any lien it holds against the property.
