' Subsection b specifically bars entering into, loitering in, or remaining in any pavilion or other park structure or section of one that the Recreation Department has reserved and designated for use by the opposite sex, carving out an exception only for children under six years old. The same section separately requires cooperation in keeping restrooms and washrooms sanitary and bars anyone over six from using a restroom designated for the opposite sex (subsection c). Other clauses in the same 'Prohibited Actions' section round out general order-keeping in parks: threatening, abusive, insulting or indecent language and disorderly conduct are barred (subsection a), failure to show a Recreation Department permit on request is barred (subsection d), and interfering with a permitted activity is barred (subsection e).

This is a park-specific loitering rule tied to sex-designated facilities, not a general municipal loitering or vagrancy ordinance; Cherry Hill Township's general code does not carry a separate street-corner loitering statute, so outside park pavilions and restrooms, conduct of this kind falls to New Jersey's disorderly persons statutes rather than a distinct Cherry Hill ordinance.
