Loud or unruly gatherings are prohibited and shall constitute a public nuisance and may subject the owner and/or responsible party to fines and/or penalties set forth in this article.(b)The city may abate a loud or unruly gathering by all available means, including, but not limited to, an order of an enforcement officer requiring persons participating in the loud or unruly gathering to leave the property and/or the issuance of a citation.(c)An owner and/or responsible party present on the property during a loud or unruly gathering who fails to obey an otherwise lawful order by an on-duty, certified law enforcement officer to cease loud or unruly conduct and/or to have participants in the loud or unruly gathering leave the property may be subject to an additional citation under section 34-59 of the City Code.(d)An owner and/or responsible party not present on the property during a loud or unruly gathering may be issued a citation for violation of this section. Said citation may be served personally, by certified mail, or by statutory overnight delivery.(e)Any violation of any provision of the City of Johns Creek Code and/or state law during a loud or unruly gathering may result in arrest.(f)Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be punished as provided in section 1-7.(g)This section shall not be construed to be the exclusive definition of nuisance within this Code.
