68 defines 'smoking' broadly to include burning or vaping any product with tobacco, nicotine or cannabis, and 'smoke' expressly includes cannabis smoke and electronic-device vapor. 050 bans smoking in the enclosed areas of workplaces, public places, common areas of multi-unit residences, retail tobacco shops and sports arenas. 060 extends the ban to unenclosed areas of the same kinds of places: recreational areas (parks, playgrounds, pools, golf courses, trails), service areas (ATM lines, bus stops, ticket lines), dining areas, workplaces, and any private or public sidewalk, plus common areas of multi-unit residences and commercial properties.
