It shall further be unlawful for any person, not so authorized by law, to be in possession of, use, sell, barter, give away or in any manner distribute marijuana, cocaine, opium, chloral hydrate or any other narcotic, opiate or drug or derivatives of any of them or any product, the effect of which is to induce sleep or delirium. Any person who shall be the owner, or occupant of any building, place or premises within or upon which, who shall knowingly permit on such premises, any of the products, drugs or derivatives referred to in this section as not authorized by law, shall be deemed guilty of violation of this section.
