1 sits in the code's park-conduct part and reaches any 'park and recreation area' under the jurisdiction of Lakewood's Department of Parks and Recreation. It bans operating a vehicle or riding or coasting on a motorcycle, motor-driven bicycle, bicycle or skateboard inside that area, with three narrow carve-outs: a road within the park, an off-street parking facility, or another facility or area the Department specifically designates for that use.
