Article V of Chapter 273, adopted October 7, 2025 by Ordinance No. 8038-25, applies to buildings meeting the "multiple dwelling" definition of three or more independently occupied units (or ten or more two-unit buildings under common ownership on contiguous land). ) to notify the owner in writing and send a copy to the Clifton Health Department.
