The licensing inspection itself must be conducted within one hundred twenty days and checks conformance with the zoning ordinance and the rest of the Code, sampling twenty percent of dwelling units and rooming units on a sliding scale, for example one unit inspected on a property with two to five units, rising to ten units inspected on a fifty-unit property, with the code official choosing which units.
