Weston Code of Ordinances Section 81.06(A) lists the documentation an Owner or Vacation Rental Agent must submit before the City Manager or designee may issue a Certificate of Use. Alongside the registration application, applicable Florida Department of Revenue and Department of Business and Professional Regulation compliance, the registration fee, and an affidavit of compliance with Chapter 509, Florida Statutes and Florida Administrative Code Rules 61C and 69A, Section 81.06(A)(6) requires the applicant to provide evidence of liability insurance covering use of the property as a rental property.
